Mid December 2007 - Not sure what exact date it even is ;) my days runinto night and my nights run into day. Ah yet again the deadline of the Big Day Out magazine. i have the loveliest Simon at least helping me and keeping me company thru the endless hours of work and the pages and pages of things that need doing. Helps when you have great company, i have to say. Will prob be back on board early next year. Till then have a great christmas and a killer new year...!
2nd ROCK-tober 2007 - The time of the year where it gets warmer. The summer sun follows the lovely spring season. Where society, in the southern hemisphere at least, resumes itself after a winter long hibernation. People stop being so sleepy and lazy and get things underway. Things start to get done more actively. Where things start running smoothly again. And hopefully stay that way...
Had gone to great lengths to update this site during September, when all of the sudden the servers my site is housed on were changed over. In the move they lost some of the new pages I'd uploaded - dont ask me how, but i still can't get a straight answer out of anyone. So if you checked the site in the last couple of weeks please disregard anything you viewed - it was only showing rather old, outdated information and most pages in their crudest versions.
Hopefully this will be fixed soon, as i can at least finally access my email and get into the ftp server again. Stay tuned. I have to go thru the hassle of fixing what was broken once more and work out whats missing and where.
Late September 2007 - The time since the last post has partly been spent toiling on my little website here. if you were at all familiar with it beforehand, you'll notice that there are 2 new buttons ~ see above ^.
brainstorm is a section where i get to write about whatever the heck i want: new developments, technologies, tutorials, interesting things etc etc. FAQ answers the questions you may have, and details basic terms & conditions of service use, and other site and purchase information.
Early September 2007 - The website was slightly running behind schedule. Yes, thanks to a massive power surge that fried two of my drives and ended in me reformatting the main computer. If you are as pedantic at tweaking technology like i was (setting up programs and software to work your preferences for instance) then you will understand that this has been a long process getting it back to the state it was beforehand.
Ironically, i was in the process of backing up to dvd when this surge happened. i lost some of the work i was saving, and can get some back (again its all about the waiting). Bear with me, i have been busy and am trying to get through the work i have on now so i can get back to finishing this website. Check soon...
I have however done a little bit of work on it, adding a few things, and will post a list when i get more done...
