So after the previous host I was hosting with went from great to worse with their level of service, stuff ups and whatnot, it was well and truly time to change that. Time to get my site transferred to a fresh host and to also update it’s facade. Needed more than a little shot of Botox around it’s furrowed brow. Which leads us to now.
Have a look around and check out the new digs. More will be added as health and time permits, but the main parts are in play.
Also here’s cheers to 2014 – I hope you all have a bold and daring new year! Be fearless as you embrace new things. 🙂8th January 2014

Hellooo 2012! Welcome to the spanky NEW YEAR!
Awesome. Whilst 2011 wasn’t overly terrible, it wasn’t full of excitement per se. It lacked the certain amount of je nais se quois that I know 2012 will have. In fact this year will be a great year, with triumph at the end of hard work. And I for one am looking forward to it. Bucket list at the ready, plans in place.
The new EYECANDY blog will be up and running in the near future as well. It will feature a collection of creative inspiration from around the world. Just to keep your brain in check and step it up a gear for times when you’re feeling stale.
Here’s hoping you all have a fantastic 2012. Until next time you wonderful peeps!

The thing about getting older is that time goes faster and you always seem to have less of it. Henceforth, the ratio of things I have to do (and endure ha!) is directionally proportionate to the time I actually have to do things. The former being many, the latter being diddly squat.
In fact, a quick pie chart or Venn diagram would perhaps illustrate it best. 😉 Let’s run with Pie.
Heck I barely have enough time for what I need to fit in now. We’ll get there soon. Till then, just hassle me if you need anything – everyone else does 😛15th September 2011

Have added a few extra things to keep you happy whilst I attend to more urgent matters. Tired as I am, I have made an effort to do so as I abhor seeing bare pages that seem as if they are forever “Coming Soon” – call it a ‘pet hate’ of mine.
So mon chou et mon biquettes, I have added the Tech & Specs page which details file formats that are accepted for when artwork is generally sent. Aside from that I was able to sit up long enough to transfer a few example pages in the portfolio from the old galleries to the newer one. This is definitely a progressive task, and one that I cannot just sit and do all at once due to a number of factors beyond my control.
There has been a new look to the blog aswell in the past months as I reskinned it’s sullen face. Was getting a bit too ‘old hat’ for my liking. It may change once more however in coming months, as the continued use of older browsers mean some of it’s “fun & unique” features will be lost on those reading from older machines, therefore being pointless. And since I’m more about reaching audiences than alienating them, I may consider creating something slightly different. Let’s just see how it all pans out, m’kay?
Have yet to update all branding with the newer logo that is on a currently sitting on a drive whose motherboard decided it would kindly go on strike. So that will be coming at some point when Mr Fixit can fix it, cuz this time I certainly can’t.
So for all my friends in the Northern Hemisphere, I hope you are getting excited about the imminent Summer months. And for all the locals, I hope you will stay warm with me as we brace for another pending winter. Given that it has felt like it was starting early in the last week!? However I do love the colours of Autumn and the chance to snuggle up in bed to the sound of rain. Which I am about to do now…or is that the sound of a bathroom shower?30th April 2011
